Project Experience
A defining part of my career was serving as Sales Manager in the Halk GYO Dilovası Modern Industrial Site project from the start of the project through the delivery process.
This role covered not only sales operations, but also investor communication, expectation management, field coordination, communicating project value and the commercial process through delivery.
Working on a large-scale industrial project provided direct experience with industrial occupier needs, investor decision mechanisms, disciplined project sales and trust-based commercial real estate relationships.
That experience remains one of the foundations of my advisory approach today.
